Abstract:
The control device (10) for controlling a self-commutated power converter (20) connected to an AC system (101) is provided with: a phase error calculation unit (204) for calculating the phase error between the phase of a voltage command of the power converter (20) and the phase of interconnection point voltage at the interconnection point between the AC system (101) and the power converter (20); and an isolated system determination unit (211) for determining, on the basis of the phase difference and the magnitude of the interconnection point voltage, whether or not the AC system (101) has made the transistion from an interconnection system connected to a generator (51) to an isolated system not connected to the generator (51). When the phase error is out of reference range and a first condition is at least satisfied that the magnitude of the interconnection point voltage is larger than a first voltage threshold value, the isolated system determination unit (211) determines that the AC system (101) has made the transistion from the interconnection system to the isolated system.
