Abstract:
A control device according to the present invention determines an operation amount of a target operation terminal capable of controlling the control amount of a plant, the control device comprising: a fluctuation prediction unit that uses a learning model, which has learned the relationship between a process parameter for identifying the operating state of the plant and a fluctuation value of the control amount, to output a predicted fluctuation value for the control amount; and a leading amount calculation unit that calculates, on the basis of the predicted fluctuation value, a leading amount for correcting a first operation amount calculated in accordance with the deviation between the measured value of the control amount and a control set value. The leading amount calculation unit has: a first calculation unit that, when an event occurs that causes the control amount to change, calculates a prescribed leading amount corresponding to the duration of the event; a second calculation part that calculates, on the basis of the predicted fluctuation value and the deviation, a leading indicator for correcting the prescribed leading amount; and a third calculation part that calculates the leading amount on the basis of the prescribed leading amount and the leading indicator.
