Abstract:
Disclosed are a control information sending method and detection method, a base station and a user equipment. A control information sending method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base station determines target control information and feature information corresponding to the target control information, the target control information being information for scheduling a target user equipment by the base station; determine, according to a pre-set rule and the feature information, a target resource block subset corresponding to the target control information in a resource block set corresponding to a target coverage class, and randomly select an available resource block from the target resource block subset as a target resource block; and send the target control information using the target resource block. The embodiments of the present invention reduce power overheads needed for a user equipment to detect and receive control information when the control information is sent to the user equipment.
