Abstract:
A control mail system wherein a control mail containing control data for controlling a user's-side device described in a part which is an area of a From line of the header and in which the user name is written in the area where the electronic mail address of the sender is described in the form user's name @ domain name in a normal electronic mail is created as an electronic mail, and sent to the user's side through the Internet. The receiving side of the control mail extracts the control data from the area of the From line of the header of the control mail, acquires a control signal from the control data, sends the control signal to a user's-side device, and controls it.
