Abstract:
A control method for air deflectors of an air conditioner and the air conditioner, the control method for the air deflectors of the air conditioner comprising: after a startup command is received and before each air deflector (1) of the air conditioner is controlled to move from an air outlet (2) of the air conditioner to a preset position, the each deflector (1) is controlled to rotationally unfold, and the preset position is the final position where the each air deflector (1) may move outwards and downwards relative to the air outlet (2). Since rotary unfolding of the air deflectors (1) in the startup stage may be started before each air deflector (1) moves to the preset position instead of being conducted after the air deflectors (1) move to the preset position, no individual time needs to be spent on rotary unfolding of the air deflectors, thus the startup time may be effectively shortened.
