Abstract:
A control method and apparatus for a robotic arm. The control method comprises: obtaining first state information of a tail end of a robotic arm at a location point on a current movement straight line, and second state information of the tail end of the robotic arm at a preset point on a next movement straight line; determining, according to the first state information and the second state information, parameters of a movement trajectory from the location point to the preset point, a movement function of the tail end of the robotic arm on the movement trajectory being a continuous function; and controlling the tail end of the robotic arm to move from the location point to the preset point along the movement trajectory. By planning a movement trajectory of a robotic arm from a location point on a current movement straight line to a preset point on a next movement straight line, the method achieves the stable change of a tail end of the robotic arm from a movement direction to another movement direction, and ensures the movement efficiency and precision of the robotic arm.
