Abstract:
The present invention provides a control method and apparatus suitable for a foam slag furnace condition in iron bath smelting reduction. The method comprises the following steps: (1) according to changes in indexes of secondary combustion rate of coal gas, calorific value of coal gas, semi coke amount of flue gas, heat load of water-cooled wall, carbon content in molten iron, slag carbon power content, slag density, and slag components in iron bath smelting reduction production, determining whether a foam slag is generated; (2) if the foam slag is generated, on the basis of original production parameters, by increasing a ratio of coal injection volume to ore injection volume, controlling quaternary alkalinity of a furnace slag to be 0.7-1.10, to restore the furnace condition to normal production; and if no foam slag is generated, continuing the production according to the original production parameters. The method achieves accurate determination of the foam slag, achieves rapid restoring of normal production by controlling production parameters, and improves the production efficiency. The method quantifies a determination basis and restoring method of the foam slag furnace condition in iron bath smelting reduction, and fills the blank of the current production technology in this field.
