Abstract:
A control method and an apparatus thereof, applicable to mobile media service, XR services, cloud games, video-based machine or unmanned aerial vehicle remote control, and other services. The method comprises: sending an operation assistance rule to a terminal device (101) by means of a first network device, so that after receiving the operation assistance rule sent by the first network device, the terminal device (101) assists in performing quality of service control on the uplink and/or downlink of the terminal device (101) on the basis of state information of the terminal device (101) and the operation assistance rule. The terminal device (101) assists in performing quality of service control according to the state information of the terminal device, thereby facilitating service assurance of the terminal device (101).
