Abstract:
A control method for an autonomous vehicle, and an autonomous vehicle. The control method for an autonomous vehicle comprises: detecting vibration information and operating attitude information of an autonomous vehicle (11); according to the vibration information, the operating attitude information and an operating state of the autonomous vehicle, determining the condition of the autonomous vehicle (12), wherein the operating state of the autonomous vehicle comprises: a stop state and a driving state; and when the condition of the autonomous vehicle is abnormal, controlling the autonomous vehicle according to an abnormal condition coping strategy (13).
