Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a control method for data transmission, and a terminal. The control method for data transmission comprises: before transmitting data to be sent, a terminal with a user plane bearer link established with a network determining whether the destination address of the data to be sent is recorded in a pre-established address white list; if the destination address of the data to be sent is not recorded in the address white list, acquiring an application program identifier corresponding to the data to be sent, and performing, according to the application program identifier, an access control determination, to obtain a determination result; if the determination result allows the transmission of the data to be sent, transmitting the data to be sent by means of the user plane bearer link.
