Abstract:
A control method according to one aspect of this disclosure is a control method of a device that adjusts temperature around a bed of a user. The control method comprises: acquiring either measurement information of a sensor or setting information of the device (Step S101); estimating the temperature around the bed and states of the user, i.e. getting into bed, starting sleeping, or falling asleep, on the basis of the measurement information or the setting information (Step S102); and changing the temperature around the bed to a second temperature being 0.5˚C or more lower than a first temperature, after getting into bed, starting sleeping, or falling asleep of the user and before the end of a non-shallow sleeping state of the user (Step S103), the first temperature being temperature around the bed before the user gets into bed, starts sleeping, or falls asleep.
