Abstract:
This control method of a repository device comprises: a step for specifying a user who sends and receives a product to and from the repository device; a step for acquiring repository unit request information that indicates a user request pertaining to a sending and receiving repository unit, which is, among a plurality of repository units, a repository unit from which the user receives the product or to which the user sends the product; and a step for determining the sending and receiving repository unit on the basis of the repository unit request information. This control method of a repository device comprises: a step for specifying a user who sends a product to and receives a product from the repository device; a step for acquiring required time information that indicates a required sending and receiving time that is a time required for receiving another product from the user, or a time required for providing the product to the user, when the user uses the repository device or another repository device; and a step for determining, on the basis of the required time information, a sending and receiving repository unit that is, among a plurality of repository units, a repository unit to and from which the user sends and receives the product.
