Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of automatic control, and particularly relates to a control method for a self-moving device, and a device and a storage medium. The self-moving device is provided with at least one group of time of flight (TOF) sensors, and each group of TOF sensors comprises at least two TOF sensors. The method comprises: during the movement process of a self-moving device in a target area, acquiring sensing data collected by each group of TOF sensors; and on the basis of the sensing data, controlling the self-moving device to operate. The problem of the mapping efficiency of a self-moving device being relatively low due to the calculation amount required by a visual sensor usually being large can be solved. During the movement process of the self-moving device, the sensing data collected by the TOF sensors is acquired, and the self-moving device is controlled, on the basis of the sensing data, to operate. The sensing data is depth information, such that the self-moving device only needs to calculate the depth information. Compared with image recognition, the calculation amount of the depth information is relatively low, such that the calculation amount of mapping can be reduced, thereby improving the mapping efficiency.
