Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible, in a system which displays a list of stores corresponding to a search condition designated by a user, for the user to easily find a store which better matches the search condition. Provided is a control method for a server 2 which is connectable with a storage unit 22 and a user terminal 4. The storage unit stores a plurality of search conditions, a plurality of pieces of feature information which indicates features of stores, and a store table in which a search condition corresponding to each store and feature information corresponding to the search condition are associated with each other with respect to each of the plurality of stores. The server receives a store list display request including a search condition designated by the user from the user terminal, extracts from the store table a store associated with the search condition included in the store list display request, ranks in the store table the extracted stores on the basis of the number of pieces of feature information associated with the search condition included in the store list display request, and transmits to the user terminal display data displaying the extracted stores in an order of the ranking.
