Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a control method for suppressing overvoltage of a receiving-end converter under a fault of a receiving-end power grid of a hybrid direct-current power transmission system. When a short-circuit fault occurs in a receiving-end alternating-current power grid of a hybrid direct-current power transmission system, the receiving-end alternating-current bus voltage drops, and an effective value of the alternating-current bus voltage at this time is measured; because a hybrid MMC has the capability of actively reducing the direct-current voltage to operate, while ensuring that the output current of a receiving-end MMC is always within a rated current range, the receiving-end power can be sent out by a control mode of setting a direct-current voltage reference value and making the same not higher than the effective value of the alternating-current bus voltage, thereby suppressing overvoltage of a receiving-end converter. According to the present invention, by actively reducing the direct-current voltage of the receiving end, energy absorption at the receiving end is reduced, and power surplus of the receiving-end system is avoided, thereby suppressing overvoltage of the receiving-end converter, and improving the operation reliability of the system; the present invention is suitable for long-distance large-capacity flexible direct-current transmission.
