Abstract:
Disclosed is a control method for an engine, comprising the following steps: receiving a position signal of a generator (100) collected by a resolver (110) (step S1); receiving a position signal of a piston of each cylinder of the engine (200) collected by a camshaft sensor (210) (step S2); determining a crank angle according to the position signal of the generator and the position signal of the piston of each cylinder of the engine (step S3); and determining the state of each cylinder of the engine according to the crank angle, and controlling the engine according to the state of each cylinder of the engine (step S4). Further disclosed is a control system for an engine. The control method and system for an engine eliminate complex components such as a crankshaft position sensor, a crankshaft plate and an index plate, reduce hardware costs, and are able to precisely control the engine by means of coaxially connecting the generator with the engine.
