Abstract:
A control method for preventing compressor overheating of a variable-frequency air conditioner, comprising: step S102, obtaining the temperature of a compressor body and the exhaust temperature of the compressor; and step S104, controlling the compressor to carry out corresponding variable-frequency operation or abnormal stop operation according to the temperature interval where the exhaust temperature of the compressor is located and the temperature difference interval where the temperature difference value between the temperature of the compressor body and the exhaust temperature of the compressor is located. According to the method, an actual running state of the compressor can be determined more accurately, and the compressor can be precisely controlled to carry out corresponding variable-frequency or stop operation, so that certain disadvantages possibly brought by the condition that the compressor is control by individually adopting a single parameter of the exhaust temperature are avoided, and therefore the compressor overheating of the variable-frequency air conditioner can be prevented more effectively. Also disclosed is a control system for preventing compressor overheating of a variable-frequency air conditioner.
