Abstract:
A control method and a control system (200) for smart sleep glasses (21), and a computer storage medium (400). The control method for smart sleep glasses (21) comprises: a monitoring instrument (22) obtains monitoring data of a user, and sends the monitoring data to a processing terminal (23) (S101); the processing terminal (23) processes the monitoring data, and sends the processed monitoring data to smart sleep glasses (21) (S102); the smart sleep glasses (21) control the light emitting mode of a light emitting module (18) according to the processed monitoring data (S103). By means of the control method for smart sleep glasses (21), the light emitting mode of the smart sleep glasses (21) can be automatically adjusted according to the monitoring situation of the user, and the sleep quality of the user can be better improved.
