Abstract:
In the present invention, for individual function blocks of a system which performs load distribution that includes a plurality of function blocks that are mutually associated, unit commitment control units are provided for determining activation/deactivation of the blocks themselves on the basis of information related to an evaluation function of the blocks and information related to an evaluation function of another function block that is related to the block. Each unit commitment control unit determines the activation/deactivation of the block using a quantity that is related to the evaluation function of the block in a state in which the evaluation function of the block reaches a desired value, and the state of the evaluation function of the other function block that is associated with the block in which the state is equivalent to the related quantity or is associated thereto.
