Abstract:
When arbitrarily defined data are being transmitted in a first band in order for mutual data exchange to be performed, a data exchange control unit 31 adds the transmission data if a message transmission request has been issued. A message permission determining unit 32 determines whether or not the message can be transmitted by the device on the basis of the message transmission request obtained by means of mutual data exchange in the first band. A message transmission control unit 33 transmits the message with a prescribed timing in a second band if it has been determined that the message can be transmitted by the device.
