Abstract:
A control optimization method for high-precision cutting of a gypsum plasterboard, comprising the following steps: Step S1: setting a plurality of optimization targets for cutting control of a gypsum plasterboard, and respectively establishing a plurality of optimization control models for prediction generation of a cutter cutting control scheme on the basis of each optimization target; Step S2: quantifying a precision error between a predicted value of the cutting control scheme obtained by each optimization control model and an expected value of the cutting control scheme, and determining a model weight of each optimization control model by using the precision error; and Step S3: performing weighted combination on model weights of optimization models corresponding to the cutting control schemes output by the optimization control models to obtain an optimal cutting control scheme, and controlling cutting operations of a cutter by using the optimal cutting control scheme. According to the optimization method, control optimization is performed on the entire cutting process, and a focus is placed on a plurality of indexes, thereby improving the comprehensiveness of the control optimization, ensuring the effect of control optimization, and achieving high-precision cutting of the gypsum plasterboard.
