Abstract:
A control-parameter adjusting device (1a) is provided with: a command-value generating unit (4) that issues position commands; a servo control unit (3) that computes drive commands for making response positions of a driven body follow the position commands; a correction modeling unit (6) that generates, using a model represented by two or more parameters, correction commands for correcting response errors, that is, differences between the position commands and the response positions; and a parameter searching unit (7) that corrects the model using, among a plurality of combinations of parameter values, a combination of the parameter values that minimizes the response error. The control-parameter adjusting device (1a) drives the driven body on the basis of the drive commands and the correction commands.
