Abstract:
A control signal generation device (10) includes: a random signal generator (2) which generates a random signal in which the time average is converged to 0; a detector (4) which introduces the signal relating to the state of the system (100) to the random signal generator (2) so as to shift the value 0; and a control unit (3) which converts a pulse signal outputted from the random signal generator (2), to a control signal for performing control.  Thus, it is possible to obtain a desired control signal for controlling a control object such as a system by using a random signal having noise and frequency fluctuations, by employing a method and a device having a simple configuration, requiring a low energy consumption, and having a high noise resistance.
