Abstract:
A control method for an engine provided with a low-pressure EGR system (100), which at least comprises the following steps: detecting the rotational speed and torque of an engine; and according to the rotational speed and torque of the engine and an EGR rate map, determining and adjusting the openness of an EGR valve (5), wherein the EGR rate map comprises multiple areas, and each area corresponds to a specific EGR rate. The described method enables smooth driving on the basis of ensuring the reduction of fuel consumption by an engine. Also disclosed is a vehicle comprising the described control method.
