Abstract:
A control system (8) is connected to a transformer substation, a power supply direction centre, an output adjustment device, and an alternative energy power station group (not shown); when a sudden change in output prediction unit (8111) predicts a sudden change in the generated power output of the alternative energy power station group, by using weather characteristics and electrical properties measured in the alternative energy power station group, an output control calculation unit (8112) adjusts the generated power output of the output adjustment unit and the alternative energy power station group on the basis of the result of the prediction. Additionally, a reactive power direction calculation unit (8123) uses a voltage management target value transferred from a transformer substation of a power system, voltage measurement information for a plurality of alternative energy power stations, and voltage adjustment sensitivities which are sequentially calculated according to the reactive power at interconnection points in the alternative energy power stations, to calculate a reactive power direction, and thus carry out voltage adjustment at the interconnection points.
