Abstract:

[Problem] After each of a first session for sending information between a first communication terminal and a second communication terminal and a second session for sending information between a third communication terminal and a fourth communication terminal have been established, when a request to start communication between the second communication terminal and the third communication terminal is received in a communication system, the start of new communication in the second communication terminal is delayed by prolonged communication between the third communication terminal side and the fourth communication terminal side. [Solution] A sending and receiving unit 51 of a management system 50 receives exchange request information after each of a session between a terminal 10db and a terminal 10aa and a session between terminal 10da and 10ca have been established. While a session control unit 58 disconnects each of the sessions, the session control unit 58 controls the establishment of each of a session between the terminals (10aa, 10da) and a session between the terminals (10ca, 10db).
