A control system of an electric vehicle. The control system comprises: a powertrain domain control unit, a motor control unit, a high-voltage driving board, a power driving board and additional devices, wherein the motor control unit, the high-voltage driving board and the power driving board are all connected to the powertrain domain control unit by means of CAN wires; a cooling water pump, a cooling water valve, a charging indicator light, an active grille shutter module, a heater and a compressor are all connected to the powertrain domain control unit by means of LIN wires; a brake pedal sensor, an accelerator pedal sensor, a temperature sensor, a charging gun recognition interface and a cooling fan are all connected to the powertrain domain control unit by means of hard wires; the motor control unit drives, according to a first control instruction sent by the powertrain domain control unit, a motor to work; the high-voltage driving board collects, according to a second control instruction sent by the powertrain domain control unit, battery information, and drives a high-voltage relay; and the power driving board drives, according to a third control instruction sent by the powertrain domain control unit, circuits, which are related to voltage conversion and charging, to be turned on or turned off.
