Abstract:
According to this control system for an in-vehicle device, operation parts can be called and operated on the basis of shape information of a user's finger on a pointing device, thereby allowing the user to perform a desired touch operation without viewing a display screen. Therefore, even while driving the vehicle, the user can perform a touch operation with ease and without the user, to the greatest extent possible, moving his/her gaze from the forward direction, which is where attention should be paid.
