Abstract:
This control system (20) comprises: an assessment unit (22a) that acquires user information relating to the body of a user that is measured by a measuring device (21), and assesses the status of the user on the basis of the acquired user information; a setting unit (22b) that sets the condition for supplemental lighting on the basis of the assessment result assessed by the assessment unit (22a); and a control unit (23) that controls the light emitted by the lighting device (30) on the basis of the condition for supplemental lighting. Also, the setting unit (22b) sets the lighting time for the supplemental lighting to seven hours or greater for the light emitted by the lighting device (30) as the condition for supplemental lighting.
