Abstract:
Disclosed are a control system and method for an air-conditioning device, a storage medium and a processor. The control system for an air-conditioning device comprises: a remote control device, a server and an air-conditioning device, wherein the remote control device is used for receiving voice information and sending the voice information to the air-conditioning device in the form of an audio signal; the air-conditioning device is used for forwarding the audio signal to the server; and the server is used for acquiring a control instruction corresponding to the audio signal and sending the control instruction to the air-conditioning device.
