Abstract:
A control system and method. The control system comprises a first control device (101') and a second control device (101) communicating by means of a first communication connection. The first control device (101') is configured to determine whether the first communication connection is normal, wherein upon determining that the first communication connection is abnormal, if the first control device (101') is currently in a standby mode, an authorization request signal for requesting that the operating mode of the first control device (101') be switched to an active mode is sent. The control system further comprises a decision making proxy (102) configured to respond to the authorization request signal, and to send to the first control device (101') an authorization response signal for indicating whether to allow the first control device (101') to switch to the active mode on the basis of the operating status of the second control device (101). The decision making proxy is used to perform switching authorization, so as to perform further diagnosis on a device to be switched, and to avoid misoperation or unnecessary switching.
