Abstract:
When the setting unit (121b) of this electrical apparatus (12) receives an instruction signal transmitted from a remote controller (100), on the basis of the contents of the received instruction signal, the setting unit (121b) sets a period during which operations from an operation terminal (101) are prohibited. Even if an instruction signal transmitted by the operation terminal (101) is received via an HEMS controller (11), the operation control unit (121a) of the electrical apparatus (12) does not perform control on the basis of the received instruction signal during the period set by the setting unit (121b).
