Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of tunnel boring machines, and in particular to a control system and a control method for tunneling-erecting synchronous construction by a tunnel boring machine. The control system comprises an operating table, a tunneling oil cylinder control module, an erecting oil cylinder control module, a tunneling execution mechanism, an erecting execution mechanism, a front tunneling oil cylinder and a rear erecting oil cylinder. The present invention realizes the synchronous tunneling and erecting of the tunnel boring machine, is capable of flexibly adjusting the posture of the tunnel boring machine, meets the requirements of turning, orientation adjustment and turning and tunneling with a small radius curve, and maintains the stability of the tunneling speed and the posture in tunneling and posture adjustment processes, thereby realizing the truly continuous operation of the tunnel boring machine. Moreover, a user can quickly switch between a synchronous tunneling mode and a conventional mode by means of a mode selection button, and can quickly revert to the conventional mode in the event that the synchronous tunneling mode is not workable.
