Abstract:

A control system (10) and a control method, used to control imaging and image capture; the control system (10) comprises a master computer (12), a slave computer (14), a drive platform (16) used to carry a sample, an image capture device (17) and a light source (18); the master computer (12) is used to send an initialization command; the slave computer (14) is used to send a drive command according to the initialization command; the drive platform (16) is used to calculate a set position for each movement of the sample according to the initialization command, and move the sample according to the drive command and set position; the slave computer (14) is used to control the light source (18) to emit light to the sample when the drive platform (16) moves the sample to a set position, so as to cause detection light to be excited in the sample, and also controls the image capture device (17) to capture the detection light so as to form image data; the image capture device (17) is used to transmit image data directly to the master computer (12). The present invention can reduce number of data transmissions between a master computer (12) and a slave computer (14), and direct transmission of image data to the master computer (12) can further shorten response time between each component of a control system (10), realizing rapid sequencing.
