Abstract:
In the present invention, an input unit 264 receives measurement results for reverse power flow. During reverse power flow, a control unit 250: (i) curbs power consumption by a load device 214 or discharges an electricity storage system 218 if the measurement results exceed a threshold value; and (ii) increases power consumption by the load device 214 or discharges the electricity storage system 218 if measurement results drop below the threshold value. An acquisition unit 256 acquires capacity that can be purchased. A determination unit 258 determines the threshold value on the basis of the capacity that can be purchased.
