A control system of multi-shaft servo motor is provided, which comprises a position loop module (400) for receiving the position loop given value and position feedback value of the respective axes and figuring out the speed loop given value; a speed loop module (500) for receiving the speed loop given value and speed feedback value of the respective axes and figuring out the current loop given value; a current loop module (200) for receiving the speed loop given value and speed feedback value of the respective axes and outputting the current loop output value; a PWM signal generation module (300) for receiving the current loop output value from the current loop module (200) and generating PWM signal for controlling the respective axes of servo motor; and a multi- shaft time control module (700) for controlling the positions loop module (400), the speed loop module (500) and the current loop module (200) to receive and process the signal.
