Title:
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SEQUENTIAL DEFROSTING OF MOIST-AIR HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/150889
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a control system for sequential defrosting of a moist-air heat exchanger, the control system comprising an air heat-absorption unit, a defrosting unit, and a control unit (7). By using a combination of the principle of spatial-temporal segmentation and a temperature-difference defrosting control method, a heat-absorption system of the air heat exchanger is configured as a plurality of independently operating heat-absorption units, each of which is provided with a heat-absorption circuit and a defrosting circuit, and the temperature difference between the heat-absorption circuits of the heat exchanger and air, the outlet temperature of the defrosting circuits of the heat exchanger, the temperature and humidity of air, and other factors are comprehensively taken into consideration, such that an electrically operated valve is controlled to open and close, so as to achieve the switching between the heat-absorption process and the defrosting process. When one of air heat exchangers (6) is defrosted, the operation of the heat-absorption working condition of the other air heat exchangers (6) is unaffected, such that the air heat exchangers (6) are defrosted sequentially one by one, thereby achieving the sequential operations of accurate defrosting and continuous heat absorption.
