Abstract:
The present invention relates to a control system for setting rolling oil spray rate during hot rolling, wherein, during lubricated rolling in a hot rolling process, artificial intelligence can be utilized to spray rolling oil at an appropriate spray rate, and an abnormal state can be monitored. A control system for setting rolling oil spray rate during hot rolling according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a forward slip learning unit for storing for each rolling oil, a forward slip obtained from the variation in rolling load that occurs as rolling proceeds; a friction coefficient learning unit for storing for each rolling oil, the friction coefficient between a rolling roll and a rolling material calculated by applying the forward slip, the rolling load, and a rolling torque to a friction coefficient model; and a rolling oil amount determination unit for setting a target friction coefficient using the stored friction coefficient, and determining a rolling oil amount corresponding to the target friction coefficient.
