Abstract:
A control system for work machinery comprises: a maximum pump flow rate calculation unit that calculates the maximum flow rate for hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic pump; a first target speed calculation unit that calculates a first target speed for a work machine including a bucket on the basis of the distance between the bucket and target excavation topography and on the basis of the amount of manipulation of an operation device manipulated to drive a plurality of hydraulic actuators that are supplied with the hydraulic fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump and drive the work machine; a second target speed calculation unit that calculates a second target speed for the work machine on the basis of the maximum flow rate, the amount of manipulation of the operation device, and the distance between the bucket and the target excavation topography; and a work machine control unit that outputs a control signal to control the hydraulic actuators on the basis of either one of the first target speed and the second target speed that has a lower value.
