Abstract:

A control type liquid seal vibration control device capable of reducing a dynamic spring constant with a wide range of frequency band to provide stable product characteristics by allowing a membrane facing a switching chamber to come in contact steppingly with the wall surface of the switching chamber for arresting, wherein a partition part (10) comprising a partition part main body (15), a partition plate member (16), a receiving plate for partition (17) is fitted between a vibration control base body (2) and a first diaphragm (4) connected to each other through a main body fitting (1) so as to partition an inside chamber into a main liquid chamber (7) and a first auxiliary liquid chamber (2), the membrane (11) is disposed on the main liquid chamber (7) side of the partition part main body (15) forming a first orifice (13) so as to form the switching chamber (12) allowing to switchingly introduce a negative pressure and the atmospheric pressure, the peripheral edge part of the membrane (11) is pressed by the partition plate member (16) so as to form a second auxiliary liquid chamber (9) and a second orifice (14), and a height difference is provided on the wall surface (20) of the switching chamber (12) opposed to the membrane (11) so that the membrane (11) is allowed to come in contact with and arrested by the wall surface (20) of the switching chamber (12) opposed to the membrane (11) steppingly from the outer peripheral surface thereof by the introduction of a negative pressure into the switching chamber (12).
