Abstract:
This control unit for an air conditioner carries out drive control of first direct-current motors (15a, 15c) and second direct-current motors (15b, 15d) while detecting the rotational positions thereof from angle patterns (26-28) on the basis of a starting point position pattern (29), and is provided with a first control means and a second control means. The first control means carries out detection of the starting point position pattern while being rotated towards a first side within a detection range, and is halted once the starting point position pattern is detected. In the event that the rotational position has reached one end of the detection range, the second control means, when the other control means is at a halt, performs control so as to carry out detection of the starting point position pattern while rotating in the opposite direction from the first side, or when the other control means is rotating, to carry out detection of the starting point position pattern while rotating in the opposite direction from the first side, once the rotational position of the other control means has reached a first end of the detection range.
