Abstract:
An air conditioning unit comprises at least a fan (34), a circuit containing water (35; 37), a condensation collection unit (40) and an air filter (44) together with process logic means (60) to monitor the speed of rotation of the rotary fan to sense the condition of the other components and to activate an alarm in the event that the condition of any one component deviates from a predetermined status.
