Abstract:
An internal variable control-type control valve for compressor, where a pressure sensing
section of the valve has increased pressure resisting strength. In the control
valve (1) for a compressor, a layered body of disc springs (24) is placed on the
opposite side of a diaphragm (23) from a transmission member (19) and the diaphragm
(23) forms the pressure sensing section. As a result, even if the diaphragm (23)
is subjected to a high suction pressure (Ps) when the valve is opened, the disc
springs (24) receive the pressure on the side opposite the place where the pressure
acts, and this prevents breakage and deformation of the diaphragm (23). Thus,
the pressure resisting strength of the pressure sensing section is increased. This
means that even if the valve is used for a refrigeration cycle where the suction pressure
(Ps) is higher than a case where carbon dioxide etc. are used as the refrigerant, sufficient
pressure resisting strength is secured.
