Abstract:
The present invention is provided with an outer peripheral groove (8a) that is formed in the entire outer periphery of a housing (8) and that has a port (8c) at a groove bottom part. The outer peripheral groove (8a) is configured such that twice the cross-section area thereof stipulated by the groove width and the groove depth is equal to or greater than the cross-section area of a mating oil passage (12).
