Abstract:
A controllable bidirectional coaxial clutch, comprising a fixed shaft (1), switching cylinder walls (3, 4), a rotating disc (6), a horizontal sliding block (19), and clamping blocks (17, 20); the rotating disc (6) can rotate on the fixed shaft (1), a gear ring (8) driving the rotation of the rotating disc (6); the horizontal sliding block (19) slides in a sliding block chamber (31), and a clamping base (18) slides horizontally in a clamping base groove (29), the two sides of the gear ring (8) being provided with two rows of clamping grooves (7), the clamping blocks (17, 20) fitting to the clamping groove (7); the switching cylinder walls (3, 4) act on the clamping block concave cambered surfaces (36) of the clamping blocks (17, 20): in one aspect, the certain degree of force exerted by the walls on the clamping blocks (17, 20), the clamping base (18), and the horizontal sliding block (19) causes the clamping blocks (17, 20), the clamping base (18), and the horizontal sliding block (19) to integrally move along the sliding block chamber to one side of said sliding block chamber (31); and in another aspect, a first sliding block (17) is pressed inwardly along the clamping block sliding groove (32) by the switching cylinder walls (3, 4); the effect of said two aspects is that the transmission direction of the rotating disc (6) and the gear ring (8) is controlled by means of controlling the movement of the switching cylinder walls (3, 4), thereby implementing the action of a controllable bidirectional clutch, and having good usage effects.
