Abstract:
Disclosed is a controllable short-process preparation system for the continuous casting and rolling preparation of titanium alloy wires. The system comprises a titanium alloy bar preparation device, a heat supplementing furnace, a continuous hot drawing and rolling device, a gradient cooling device, a rapid cooling device and a reeling device. By means of the present invention, based on the influence of the cooling rate on components of a titanium alloy, when the titanium alloy is transitioned from a near-β-phase region to normal temperature after being rolled, the internal texture structure of the titanium alloy is greatly influenced by the degree of supercooling: if the degree of supercooling is relatively high, a martensite phase is easily generated inside the titanium alloy, and the mechanical properties of the titanium alloy are easily greatly influenced. By means of the controllable short-process preparation system for the continuous casting and rolling preparation of titanium alloy wires of the present invention, enough α phase being generated inside the titanium alloy is firstly ensured, such that the titanium alloy wires quickly enter a two-phase region; and after the wires enter the two-phase region, a rapid cooling method can be used, such that the temperature of the wires is rapidly reduced to 400ºC, and finally the wires are sent to the reeling device to take up the wires.
