Abstract:
A user roaming between networks faces an ease of use problem when controlling devices connecting to a network by means of said user's controller. The disclosed controlled device is provided with: a specific function unit which is connected to an access point capable of wireless communication with a management terminal located in the vicinity, and which inputs a specific command and performs a specific operation depending on the specific command; and an analysis unit which receives from a management terminal capable of communication with an access point a command (a general use command) not specifying the controlled device and not depending on the controlled device, and which, if a specific command corresponding to the general use command exists, outputs the specific command to the specific function unit and a response to the management terminal, and, if no specific command corresponding to a general use command exists, ignores the general use command.
