Abstract:
Disclosed is a controlled-release tablet, compirsing a tablet core with a through hole and a functional coating with a through hole covering the outside of the tablet core, the tablet core comprising an active medicament and a sustained-release material, the ratio of the surface area of the hole wall of the through hole to the total surface area of the controlled-release tablet being 0.03-0.33:1; the functional coating being an enteric coating or a sustained-release coating. The advantage of the controlled-release tablet of the present invention is that the medicament can be first slowly and then more quickly released to maintain the stability of plasma-drug concentration in vivo.
