Abstract:
In the present invention, a data storage unit (12) stores control content setting information (123), which is setting information in which home electrical appliances to be controlled and the control contents thereof are set, according to the control levels (multiple stages of control levels) corresponding to discomfort indexes. A control unit (13), upon calculating a discomfort index, refers to the control content setting information (123), and provides a control content instruction to the home electrical appliance according to the corresponding control level. The control unit (13) provides a control content instruction to the electrical appliance according to the control level one lower than the corresponding control level or quick control depending on whether a user is present or absent in the room.
