Abstract:
Provided is a technology for, in a controller having four push buttons instead of a cross key, making the four push buttons operable like a cross key. The controller is provided with a third push button input part 142 which is a cylindrical recess and which has four push buttons 142A-142D on the bottom surface thereof. The bottom surface of the third push button input part 142 has a recessed portion 142E. On the other hand, the controller has a cover member 200 including a disc part 211 provided with a cross-key section 212. The cover member 200 has, on the rear surface thereof, a column portion having a columnar shape. The cover member 200 is fixed to the third push button input part 142 by the column portion being inserted in the recessed portion 142E. By depressing the cross-key section 212, a user can depress any one of the four push buttons 142A-142D below the disc part 211.
